Our store is powered by Shopify. We use print-on-demand fulfilment partners, including Printify, Printful and The Print Bar, to produce and ship our products. We also use advertising and marketing tools, including Meta Ads and TikTok advertising.

  • Website and device information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, products viewed, cart activity, referring website, approximate location and cookie or pixel data.

Please do not send us photos that include faces, children, private documents, payment cards or other personal details unless they are necessary to assess your support request. For product issue claims, clear photos of the garment, print issue, label, packaging and order issue are usually enough.

4. Print-on-demand fulfilment partners

Goompy designs its own artwork and uses print-on-demand partners to produce and ship products after an order is placed.

We mainly use Printify. We also use Printful for one product and The Print Bar for one product.

To fulfil your order, we may share the personal information needed for production and delivery with these fulfilment partners and their related print providers, shipping partners and service providers. This may include:

  • your name;
  • shipping address;
  • phone number or email address if required for delivery;
  • order number;
  • product, size, colour and design details;
  • shipping method;
  • support information or photos if needed to assess a print or fulfilment issue.

These partners use this information to print, pack, ship and support your order. They may process personal information in countries outside Australia, depending on the fulfilment location, shipping route and service used.
